Guests will savour the rich and diverse flavours of Spain, Turkey, Australia, and India as they graze the inspired tapas menu that includes Albondigas, classic Spanish meatballs slow-cooked in tomato sauce, and the signature BAR THIRTY6 spiced lamb cutlets. Chef Kunal's own travels have been of great influence to his cooking, particularly a trip he took to Dubai, where he first tried Prawn Barbados and instantly fell in love with the dish. His extensive menu is complemented by an inspired list of classic cocktails and Australian wines, perfect to pair with a range of share plates, or to enjoy on their own.
